Returns & Refunds

1. Request for a refund can be made only within 24 hours of receiving the package. So, we request you to thoroughly inspect your package upon arrival for any damage or spoiled goods.

2. Refunds are eligible for spoiled and/or damaged* goods in your package.

3. To initiate a refund, reach us at info@yummydabbas.com with details of the product you wish to request a refund for and include the Order number. We will respond to your request within 24-48 hours.

4. Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated within the next 24-48 hours and will be credited back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Spoiled and/or damaged* 

Products that arrive in an unconsumable state are classified as spoiled or damaged goods and are eligible for refunds.

Examples of scenarios when refunds are not eligible:

 1. Some products, such as thattai and murukku, are very fragile and may break during shipping despite our best packaging efforts. These items do not qualify as spoiled or damaged goods.

2. Some countries may occasionally open certain products within your package for inspection as part of their customs regulations. This is beyond Yummy Dabbas' control, and refunds would not be provided for such products.
